Work From Home Etiquettes Every Company Should Follow
Work from home. Accept it or not when we were having regular office with this chaos of getting ready for office in the morning and regularly traveling to office, this pressure of reaching office on time, we always has this thought "Wish we could get a permanent work from home." Then 2020 happened.
2020 fulfilled this wish for us and we moved to remote working for almost 5 months now but the pressure still seems to be equal. You know why because most of the companies do not follow the work from home etiquettes.
We must be receiveing regular office mails on what etiquettes we should follow during WFH but here's few etiquettes which company should follow too.
Companies should make proper working timings for employees and should not stretch beyond it.
Meetings should be well scheduled in advance and a proper mention should be done whether it is a video meeting for just a regular call. Well !! we dont look presentable all the time at home. Accept and it hampers our privacy too.
When your call is not answered in first time have some patience and drop a message. There might be many reasons. "Nature call", "Bathing", "Eating", "doing any household activity" or "even stepping out to a shop nearby for buying essential stuff".
Stop showing WFH as a favour to employee and be compassionate enough as we all know that In this pandemic this was the only choice for both employers and employees.
WFH is new for the employees too, please trust your employees honesty. It's bread and butter for them too dont assume anything.
Let us learn together and make remote working a smooth way of working.

Reasons why we cannot forget SSR
Sushant Singh Rajput. It was a blow when we got to know about his death. We all felt as if one of our close relative died suddenly. It was really hard to digest what was going on. 14th June was just another day for us but suddenly the day created a huge impact on our minds. Before his death nobody thought so deeply about him but after his death we regretted. We audience started looking out for evidences on our own out of curiosity to know what actually happened.
Slowly Slowly it became a mass movement and fight for justice against the Bollywood system.
Ever wondered why his death became such a big blow to our mind. Here's why
1. He was born in Patna, Bihar. A place from where making big in Bollywood is very difficult and mere illusion.
2. His mother died when he was 16. But it didn't stop him to achieve what he want, he worked hard for his mother. He was broken yet he achieved.
3. He was all India rank holder 7 in engineering. He was doing mechanical engineering. Hard to believe that he was making a mark in Bollywood when other celebs are just mediocre or even less than that in studies.
4. He was Physics Olympiad as well. Hard to believe that a Bollywood actor is a Physics Olympiad but its true.
5. Sushant Singh Rajput was the lead as Manav in Pavitra Rishta. It was a big hit show. He became a household name back then. Even now our parents remember him as Manav and not Sushant. Though he started his career as a background dancer.
6. He was a very hard working actor. His helicopter shot in Dhoni is a clear example. I bet you will not be able to differentiate between Dhoni and Sushant.
7. He made a handwritten list of 50 dreams to fulfill and he was working on it. His social handles has glimpse of the wishes he achieved.
8. He was an outsider with no Godfather. He was left out from other Bollywood actors which is clearly visible in his interviews appearances. He was a very down to earth person. If we were in this showbiz we would realize how difficult it is for us to stand among those so called rich glamorous people.
9. He has the most expensive telescope and he used to look at the planets moon everyday. He was very nerdy and knowledgeable person which is very hard to see in this showbiz.
We all have a Sushant within us. We middle class people out of our hustle and responsibilities couldn't achieve our dreams but Sushant did. He inspired us and made us believe even if you dont have enough resources you can still achieve what you want. The crowd is mostly middle class people who dont belong to those well privileged troops who are well equipped to achieve their dreams. After looking at Sushant we realized that we can also go for it but after his death all our belief was shattered. This movement rightfully became a global for all the aspirants as their dreams seem to be endangered.
